I live in a part of the UK where house sales can be v slow. My flat has been on the market for almost a year
with little interest. An aunt of mine has now expressed interest in buying it as a rental property (she owns several in the area and rents them all out). The estate agent I'm with would have zero involvement in this - she hasn't viewed it with them or looked at it online etc - she knows my apartment well by being in it often! Are they still entitled to their commission fee if I sell it to her or should I take it off the market and then just sell to her directly?
I'd appreciate any advice on this!
