Sorry if dense question

Had phone call from mortage broker

We had level 2 valuation and home survey done.

He said offer be with us shortly they satisfied with valuation and what we offered.

Report is in the post

I assume our offer was fair and close to valuation.

Do i assume nothing too awful in survey or they be reluctant to offer mortgage.

Whole thing stressing me out.
We know its a project and needs work.

Ask for it to be emailed to you if you want.it sooner. Usually the bank will only see the valuation survey element. If anything serious is flagged up in that, they may insist an additional survey is carried out.

Thanks fudge im hoping its more cosmetic issues than structural.
It has old back lit boiler and gas fire
Electrics will need looking at
Possibly some damp issues in bay widow.
Guttering and kitchen needs replacing
1930s mid terrace.

Im not the most patient been a long drawn out process.

That doesn't sound too alarming.
As Wow says, it's unusual for the lender themselves to see more than the valuation. Although do bear in mind your solicitor almost always acts for the lender too, and the solicitor will normally see the survey.
