Help/advice wanted please....
.... We're currently in a 3 bed semi with the space to add a 2 storey side extension. We're unsure as to if we should do this, or just move to a bigger property.
Those that have loved it and extended, what is the process to do so please? I don't want to spend money on an architect to then have plans rejected. I also want to know how much it will cost before spending any cash on it so we can see if we can afford it and if it will be worthwhile (Not cost more than the property would then be worth).
Also, if you don't mind sharing, how much did your 2 storey side extensions cost?
