Hi ! Question for any landlords or renters. Just interested really what is the longest period you have ever rented out a property ? Or renters the longest you have been able to stay in one property ? Thanks

Landlord here. Current tenants been in 6 years approx.

So far the longest has been almost 3 years ☹️

15 years and counting rented out.

10 years, followed by 6.

I had one set of tenants for 7 years, since then the average tenancy is 18m, with shortest 8 months. Current tenants in 2.5 years.

As a tenant, I averaged 2 years.
