Several years ago we moved in and had new windows and doors fitted. It was an utter bodge job - two days quotes and they were gone by the end of the first morning. So much damage, pegs appearing in sills, a damaged interior wall, etc etc.
I was in a crap place at the time, and didn't do much more than accept their crap repairs.
Now though, what is this: is it related? Is it fixable? Many thanks for any ideas.
