Im buying a kitchen with Wren and they are affiliated to this company to provide the worktops but when I’ve googled, their reviews are absolutely dire

Has anyone had a positive experience with the company? right now I’m wondering if I should get that part of the kitchen elsewhere

DO NOT DO IT!!! I am in the middle of an absolute nightmare with J Rotherham (also through wren, for a quartz worktop)! I cannot tell you the pain and hassel they have caused me. 2 weeks has turned into over 2 months. They have been absolutely shocking.

@notonaschoolnight - I really hope yours goes well. Ours was so bad there is currently a compensation claim so I don’t want to post anything revealing - but pm me if you want details

I am having a nightmare with J Rotherham also measured granite wrong and shaved 12ml off the back do the tech wall does not fit , and other issues, what route to take to get compensation as they have given me the run around for 7 months

J Rotherham Work Surfaces - Appalling service - avoid at all costs. Our work surfaces were cut incorrectly and we have been trying for months to get it sorted. On one occasion they made an appointment to come to my house to sort out the issue and didn't turn up despite me rearranging my day to be there. The staff on the phone always apologise and make some excuse and promise to resolve the matter, but it is all flannel and they do nothing. I am currently looking at my legal options against them and Wren who supplied the kitchen.

I've just used mayfair granite (marble 4 life) and they were great.
