Name change for obvious reasons.

Is it just me or is it flat as a pancake?

I cannot find a house in willing. let alone excited to move to, even when looking wildly out of price range on rightmove for pass times.

Is it madness to buy and sell this side of brexit? And if so.. How long after would one wait?! How long is my peice of string

I think the realization is coming that the housing bubble is over inflated. Negative equity is a real possibility for many especially those with HTB new builds.

Depends which bit you are looking in really - some areas have a lot of new builds which still seem to be selling tbh (or at least they are still building them!).

I think Gloucestershire market is centered around Bristol, which is stagnant at the moment, and it seems to have a wide impact regionally. Not many family houses, I think because of Brexit, most families are just waiting.

Cheltenham seems is still going up, but Gloucester is down (interesting it seems houses near GCHQ are worst affected...may be people are scared of being spyed. ) Grin
