We need to resurface our patio and a flight of garden steps.
The beautiful Porcelain ranges of tiles are clearly the best looking, and the salesmen tell us that they are more hard wearing than the traditional stone tiles. I've been told they don't absorb water and therefore moss & mildew doesn't grow on them and they don't become slippery because of that.
But....is this actually true? In the dank, dampness of our winters are these smooth porcelain tiles really going to be safe for a kids garden patio?
If you have porcelain tiles on your patio, I'd really like to hear how you're getting on with them. Thanks
