Help!!! To cut a very long story short, I undertook building work in my leasehold flat without the freeholders permission... I now need retrospective planning - I don't believe this is going to be a problem but i'm unsure how to go about it? I'm assuming it must be completed by a solicitor as a legal document? Further do I need to have new plans drawn up to show the changes? Hopefully someone, somewhere has been in my position and can help....Smile
