Fitting a reclaimed fireplace

Wondered if anyone has done this and what was involved/what sort of cost - just decorative, there is a hole in the chimney breast although it doesn't seem to measure as big as the back of the fireplaces I've looked at online (eBay etc) which seem the right size for the room. Who would I get out to fit it - any builder or a specialist? Is it just a case of knocking the hole bigger, fixing it to the wall and plaster round any gaps?

Weve done it 3 times and used a local fireplace shop for installation. It was a while ago so cant remember what the costs were - sorry. They provided the hearths which were required as well. Depending on the chimneys you might need them lined.
