Boiler help. Is this right?

Our boiler will heat the house up to tje desired temp. Radiators all hot to touch. Nice! Then it seems to do nothing - radiators no longer hot just lukewarm and the extension feels cold.
Is this right? How do you get the radiators to stay warmer to touch?
Sorry if silly question!

Youve probably got a thermostat that sets the temperature - once the rooms reach that set temperature the radiators will start to cool down. If you want them to stay hotter turn the temperature up on the thermostat.
