Would New Buyer Purchase RICS Survey & Searches?

So after my buyer pulled out we couldnt continue with purchase; and after a month if being back up for sale we dont have a new buyer yey, and place we were buying have 2 viewings Friday.

If it ends up not being our house i wondered if anyone had purchased a RICS homebuyer survey along with the local searches from a previous buyer (where there purchase didnt proceed)?

I am just thinking that as much as i dont want the house to go to anyone else; this would make it quicker, plus salvage money back that we would have lost.

The report will be in your name and have some sort of disclaimer to say that the surveyor accepts no liability from third parties ie if the new purchasers bought the property after reading your report and subsequently found defects with it, they wouldn’t be able to seek advice or compensation from the surveyor. However if the new purchasers are happy to take that risk they may wish to buy the report off you.
