Awkward shaped sitting room (pic) - how would you arrange it?

We have an awkwardly shaped sitting room. How would you arrange armchairs, sofas, etc. in here to make it cosy and easy to chat? Room isn't enormous - about 3.3 metres in width and same across the wall opposite the door. Bay is 1.3 m at narrowest point.
It feels as if wherever you put a sofa, you'd be either looking at the door, or at the window (which looks out onto the parking spot). The mantelpiece is a very nice original one, but if you faced a sofa towards it you'd have your back to the door, which also seems awkward. Thoughts?!

How many do you need it to sit?

Long sofa against the wall with a radiator (my sofa is against a radiator and it’s fine if you can leave a gap) then a nice single seater in the bay window. TV on the wall or on a stand opposite the sofa. Bookcase to one of the sides of the bay window if you want one.

There are only 3 of us in the family but we might have guests etc. so to sit 5?

www.sofology.co.uk/sofas/BARTELLI?category=Corners&code=SKU000077061 I take it something like this is too large?

There's a "loveseat" style that fits 2 people that could go at the bay window. My in laws have one and DH and I can fit on it comfortably.

I agree with love seat in the bay and main sofa in front of radiator (not ideal but so long as you can leave a bit of a gap, between it and the back of sofa, it shouldn't be a problem)
