Returns to Victorian Plumbing

Thought I’d ask if anyone has done a return to Victorian Plumbing? I need to arrange the return myself. Looking for cheap, but reliable courier recommendation please. Thank you!

P.s. I ordered a shower mixer. The quality is dreadful!

I did returns to them, contact customer services and ask them to arrange it if it’s faulty

They arranged a dpd courier to collect without charge

Thanks. It isn’t faulty, just crappy quality. My own fault for being cheap!

I’ve now bought a much nicer, branded one from a proper shop
