Refurbishing and extending house. Builder thinks it will take 6 months. Architect says 9 months plus. We start project mid November and I think a Project manager would be very helpful at this stage. Has anyone used one? Can you recommend a good one? I’m hearing they are worth their weight in gold but can’t find one who is available
