I've put an offer in on a property and the agent told me today that the company selling it (the new house group) will deal with me directly and to expect a call... Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm assuming the owners have part exchanged it or are using them for an assisted move or something! I am a first time buyer (husband is not and is conveniently away as he is in the services!).
Any help appreciated! I'm a bit apprehensive having read reviews from people in a similar situation.
