Ok so currently have YOPA instructed and as i have checked now know this is on a multiple agency basis, leaving me free to apoint another agent alingside them.
They did sell my house to the first who viewed it 6 days after going into market back in August; however since that sale fell through, and property went back on market on 1st October - i have had no viewings.
So slow market or not i need to get my property seen!
What estate agents have you used to sell your property? What did they charge and what was your overall impression of them?
I live in Ferndown on south coast, so if anyone has any experience of any agents in my area that would be really helpful.
