Hi, I have an end of terrace house, and considering a side extension to use as a utility room/storage as the kitchen area is quite small.
The side passage is probably 1.5 - 2m wide, and I'd want the building to be watertight and insulated so the washing machine wouldn't freeze & so I can keep a fridge or freezer in there maybe as well as some cupboards and shelves.
Has anyone done this? Roughly how much would it cost, do you think?
