Hi,
We are looking at buying a house and we want to be able to extend on the side of the house.
The house currently has the garage to the side of the house with an alley way between the house and garage. We want to attach the garage to the house and turn it into a room.
The inspection chamber is the the alley way part so wanted to look at moving it.
Does anyone have any advice? Ive contacted severn trent and without even asking me any questions she just said its not allowed. But ive read similar ideas online.
I will ring back and hopefully get someone else to speak to but just wanted advice and information about what id need to know etc.
