Sloped ceiling lights

We are the middle of our extension and I need to sort out the lights in the dining area of the kitchen. The ceiling is vaulted and the lights will need to be mounted on the slope.

I am hoping to have 2 pendant lights on corded cables, something like this
www.gardentrading.co.uk/lighting/indoor-lighting/pendant-lighting/paris-pendant-light-antique-bronze.htm

Will it look weird to have the ceiling rose attached on the slopes ceiling with the cord then hanging vertically down?

Any other bright ideas as to how to achieve this look with a sloped ceiling??

I have just looked on Houzz and searched for “vaulted ceiling kitchens” and there were loads with lighting as you describe but the best had very discreet roses. The best solution is to have great lights so you look at these and not how they are attached to the ceiling. Some were attached to lighting tracks which is a neat idea. I have an oak framed/glass vaulted roof in my kitchen and I have wire mounted down lights. I love them: not everyone will but there were some on the Houzz site.
