I have always wanted one here, we spend every summer here. On closer inspection it’s £65k for a 20 year lease and you have to move it for the winter.
It’s going to have to stay a pipe dream I think.

That one's not your dream one, OP. Honestly - it's right opposite the steps, every single person will be spoiling your view by going up and down and peering inside.

I was going to say the same as squirrels, you don't want to be at the top of the steps.

Its crazy how much they charge for these things. Are people morgaging them ? Presumably just buy outright.

Yes you have to move it to a council car park in winter plus still pay rent.

You don’t want a hut that side of the pier, OP - it’s right near the loo block and where the exhaust-belching coaches park. You want one on East Cliff

Noooo its the worst one. You could put a bucket in it & charge a pound a pee. You would make a fortune, 100s of people walking past, sitting on the step, staring at you,

Or you could turn it into a tourist information hut.

There's no floorplan. You can't buy a property without seeing the layout...!

Just looked at financing, not mortgage suitable. They rarely come up for sale.

Blimey, for that money I'd buy a posh motorhome and holiday wherever I fancied.

Agree with previous posters - it’s the wrong side of the pier! Perhaps we could all club together for one further up the beach?

That's next door but one to my friend's. She or her family (and me) use it all the time so it was well worth spending her inheritance on it.
They aren't dismantled over winter, they're just cleaned over the wall to the carpark behind.
