Guardian or other warm roof ?

Hi, we are considering getting a lightweight tiled roof fitted to our conservatory . Either a guardian or similar system. Anyone any experience positive or negative ? We are hoping to take the patio doors off after this to create a big kitchen / diner / sitting room and just hoping it will be warm enough - considering underfloor heating . Will be interested to get views .

We went for a Warmer Roof which is a wood based system as opposed to aluminium which is prone to condensation. Ours has only just been done but has transformed the space. I will come back and post pics.

We had Tapco tiles which look just like real slate.

There was a thread on this recently.

Plenty of people do it but a conservatory isn't part of your habitable space. It isn't covered by building regs including fire, security, strength, energy efficiency, ventilation etc. This also means that your insurance would be void should you have any kind of mishap.
