Is there a general 'selling and waiting for viewers' support group

As title states!

House is going on the market TODAY.

Don't have a house to move onto yet but have seen a new build I am interested in.

Anyone else who is waiting viewings and offers and general chat let me know

Our house is up for sale and awaiting viewings; we sold it after it had been on market first few days in August, however buyers pulled out on 1st October.

We had offer accepted on a lovely house on 6th September; however after mentioning the the sellers agent that we lost our buyer, he has unfortunately put it back up for sale - he did say if we find a new buyer though he will accept our offer again.

I am still hopeful that there is a chance it will all come together again; I am going shopping at lunchtime for things to spruce up the house and make it look cosy and fresh, then new photos being taken by EA tomorrow.

Good luck with the viewings :) oh and FYI I started looking for a house straight after I put mine up for sale, however I didn't offer on anything till I had accepted an offer on the sale of my place.

I just need to remember until it's all signed anything can happen!

Yes that is true; I am sure it will all go well for you, but it is a good mindset to not get all your hopes up before you have exchanged :)
