Our house is on the market. AIBU to refuse viewings to people who haven’t sold their property yet?

YABU. We are doing little jobs in our house ready to put it on market in 2 weeks. We have already started viewing potentials so that there aren't any delays. Your loss

You also run the risk of coming across as an awkward seller. There is a house on the market here, my friend tried to book a viewing as they would only let FTBs or cash buyers who had sold view it. This is for a £450k property in a town where ftb houses are usually around £200k. It's been on the market for 3 years plus and is still unsold.
