Non noisy wood/effect floor.

Doing up Dd’s Room. She d like to remove carpet and have something like engineered wood floor.
Her room is above the lounge so wood floor woood be noisy. Is there any way round this, or must she stick with carpet?

Wood effect vinyl is very good these days. Nothing like the old lino.

Another vote for vinyl. Have a look at amtico or karndean

Another vote for Vinyl here we took up laminate and had vinyl down it's made a big difference to the noise and warmth in the room. Only photos I have are these as currently moving into the house so it's chaos
