One bedroom flat in Clapham for 350k. Wasn't expecting www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/49308390?search_identifier=4b7117557a93c2fce1f05600565e4055this though.

Those classic tenement flats are huge. Might just go for it if the lift to the second floor works because there's so much stuff to move.

My eyes! Grin

Urrghhhh, I would literally vomit the minute I stepped into that hallway..!!

SpoonBlender · 10/10/2018 23:56

Frightening! Also anyone with wallpaper that pretends to be books and no books deserves to be tossed out of the nearest window.

PickAChew · 11/10/2018 00:03

Luckily most of that shite would be taken away and the hideous wallpaper would melt away with a hot and steamy stripper.

tararabumdeay · 11/10/2018 00:13

The original features, especially the kitchen window, make it. On second thoughts I'd keep it as it is - a mouse who roared like a lion.

"with modern kitchen"

Erm, have you seen the ceiling and ceiling light?

Lonecatwithkitten · 11/10/2018 09:21

What I notice is how light is and there are no electric lights on in the living room or kitchen. Get all the clutter out and that will be an amazing flat.

serbska · 11/10/2018 11:19

Fab size and location for 350k - would look great with a redecoration and a better designed kitchen and bathroom.

specialsubject · 11/10/2018 12:42

giggling madly, thank you for cheering me up!

It is probably much bigger than it looks, and yes - even with all the stuff it is very light. Looks a bargain - what's the catch?

MiniCooperLover · 11/10/2018 12:45

Can you imagine the estate agents reaction when they went to view it ?!? 😂

beachysandy81 · 11/10/2018 14:41

Wow, that hurts but actually nice flat. I used to live round the corner years ago in a house share, seemed a nice area at the time.
