I have a mortgage in principle based on certain prices of house (both our sale and possible purchase) however our move is getting a bit more time pressured so I'm looking for a calculator that would do a calculation based on different amounts, just to get an idea, rather than getting another MIP as we might not even need/want one.
Does this exist?
