We have found a house which used to be a reema build. It has been re-built with a brick skin which apparently makes it mortgageable! It is terraced though and the 2 houses either side are untouched as they are housing association properties!
Me and my husband love the size of the house and the price is good as it needs a lot of work doing to the interior which we are happy to do. However I am worried as I am unsure what I am getting myself into buying one of these properties! Anyone live in one that can offer me advice of pros and cons? Many thanks!
