Loft conversion cost

Hello

I live just outside London in Surrey and have got a quote for a loft conversion, including aluminium beams and replacing the boiler - it’s £67k. I just wanted to compare this to others as I’m new to it.

Any advice or recommendations appreciated!
Thanks

We're also in Surrey, and have recently had 3 quotes in for a loft conversion, based on an 'L' shaped dormer providing a bedroom and en-suite.

The quotes range from £45k - £54k, inc VAT, but do not include any provision for a new boiler, as our existing one isn't that old and has the capacity to cope with another bathroom and a couple of rads.

I'm in Surrey too. We were quoted 45k, but it was about 6 years ago so prices would have increased. This was with dormer but not including beams & boiler, so your quote probably isn't too far out tbh. Have you had any other quotes?
