cheshire/chester move

Hi!

We are considering a move to the Chester area and wanted some local honest knowledge. We would ideally like a nice village close to Chester but doesn't need to be within walking distance. does anyone have any suggestions of any villages? we are a young family with two young children (3 and 10 months). Schools very important and have spurred are decision to move. Any suggestions welcomed and opinions of areas?

There are lots of lovely villages on the outskirts of Chester. We are about 40 mins away between Nantwich and Sandbach. I'm guessing you want closer to Chester?

Tarporley always seems nice, plenty going on and quite close to Chester.
