Small local builder who has been in business fir some years and has a local address and landline number.

You need a personal recommendation.

A listing on a website that they pay for, and where unfavourable reviews can be censored out, is NOT a personal recommendation. It is an advert.

Good builders and tradesmen are busy and don't need to pay for adverts on websites.
