Our house is 4 years old and we are the second owners. We don't have NHBC- I will have to grab the paperwork out but we have an alternative on our property.
Stupid question- we had a slight leak during the rain yesterday. We went into the loft and it looks like rainwater is getting in between where our flat roof joins the pitched roof. Probably only needs replacement flashing however we have no means to access the flat roof. Would this come under the NHBC/equivalent?
