To move or not to move to Godalming

Hello ladies

Anyone living in Godalming? We have an opportunity with my husbands job to move from central London to the countryside of Godalming with our 6 month old.

What’s the area like etc?

Godalming is lovely, we loved living there and only moved away due to relocation. I used to commute daily into London.
Worth walking around and working out distances to station and town etc, some areas take a bit longer to walk to town etc and can be hilly.

Godalming is lovely. I have friends who moved there from London and they love it.
I get the sense there is a good community feel there.
