Does anyone have one? Do you like it? Is it cold?

We are reflooring the ground floor and considering white microcenent. I love the look, just concerned it might be cold. Underfloor heating is not an option at the moment.

I have one and I love it! It's polished concrete (around 10cm depth) and our kitchen is around 40sqm. Wonderful in summer as the floor is so cool but it's really cold at the moment so I'm not sure I'd recommend it unless you did have underfloor heating, or it's a small room with radiators that might heat up the floor a bit or you always wear slippers? We haven't had the underfloor heating on yet as my DH is about the set it up (the floor was poured in Jan and polished in the spring). I don't think I'd be happy if the floor was permanently this cold.

That's really helpful thanks! We are doing exterior installation and putting in new windows at the moment so I'm hoping the house will be toasty but I hadn't budgeted for under floor heating. Maybe I should think again, damn, I love the look of polished concrete
