Hi - Has anyone used Orchard Kitchens before? They aren't that local to me and just wanted to get an idea of quality/price before visiting.
Thanks!

We used them about 8 years ago and the kitchen is still going strong! Like you, they were by no means our closest kitchen shop but I visited because they were stockist of a kitchen which I had seen in a magazine and liked. We ended up not going with that range (couldn't afford it!) but are really happy with what we ended up with. We found the owner Gideon to be very knowledgeable and also not afraid to point out flaws in what we thought we wanted - everything he suggested as an alternative worked perfectly. His design was also more imaginative than any others we had seen and he was good at finding ways of saving money without compromising on the overall quality. From what I remember the fitter was very professional, everything went in on schedule and there were very, very few snagging issues. I've never had to contact them for anything as nothing, even something minor like a door handle, has gone wrong since then. Would have no hesitation in recommending!

That’s really useful to know thank you. Are they mainly supplying mid range kitchens in the £25k-£40k bracket do you know?

I would think so yes. Although they appear to do some very large installations (if you look at their website) so I'm sure some cost much more. Ours was towards the lower end of that scale although we had several curved doors which pushed the price up so it could have been less costly if we had really wanted to save more.
