We are moving from London to West Midlands and put an offer on a house two weeks ago. It was accepted one week ago but we haven't received the memo of sale ,EPC from the seller's estate agent yet. Is it normal for this part to be so slow. Being from London we are used to receiving the memo of sale the next day so that things can start to move.
