We are considering moving to a persimmon home (I am aware not everyone would recommend but we would still like to) but would not like the hassle of selling our own home. The site we are interested in hasn’t started building yet
Has anyone done a part exchange and can tell me how it works? Do they buy from you and pay for the new home then sell our old home on once we move? Can we reserve a plot straight away? Or do we need a buyer first. I don’t really want the hassle of viewings etc
