We found a buyer for our house who was proceedable when we accepted their offer, however this morning we found out they have just lost their buyer and their house is on the market again.
Very bad timing as yesterday we found a property we’d like to offer on. But now we’re probably not proceedable and not in a great position.
We’d like to keep our buyer if at all possible, and really don’t want to go back on the market.
I have no idea how to play this now. Should we make an offer anyway or wait until our buyer finds a new buyer?
