I’m looking at SofaSofa after seeing so many recommendations on MN. Does anyone have one of their fibre-filled models, or specifically the Positano? The very low price appeals, as do the washable loose covers, but I have only ever had foam cushions before. I am willing to plump but will they drive me mad and look dreadful?

We had some Albanys. They're entry level, did go a bit saggy and we only kept them about 4 years, but then we weren't big plumpers. But. Service impeccable. Everyone from admin to manufacturing to delivery was Welsh. When you're on a budget you often end up with mass-produced chipboard shipped halfway across the world. I do love IKEA, but sometimes it's nice to have other budget options and to have that coming out of Wales is fantastic.
