hello :) my friends told me if I want to use white LED light as grow light. I should look for light bulb that has high lumen. those high lumen light bulb my friend recommend to me is 20 watt par38 LED light bulb with 1400lm. he said I can grow small plant with it indoor. I bought the bulb and now I try to buy a lamp for it. but I had look at IKEA and Argos, even John Lewis. I can't find any lamp can fit that light bulb. I don't know why 90% of the lamp I found has a maximum of 10W or lower. and those light only has 400lm to 810lm. So, what kind of lamp I should look for to fit a 20 Watt LED light bulb in? thanks in advance for trying to help :)

Ordinary household lamps are not suitable. I think you need a grow-light or horticultural lamp. They are sold at places that sell greenhouse and gardening equipment, and cannabis plantation accessories, including ebay.

p.s. PAR38 are a bulb usually found in outdoor floodlights. This sort of thing They usually have a screw-in fitting so you are looking for a lamp that takes an ES bulb, but they are bigger than ordinary lightbulbs so may not fit.

Ikea has a whole range of indoor growing stuff, including lights and light holders. Not tested myself but I read they’re decent (though not particularly cheap).
