Ok that may be a bit over the top but it comes close to torture when our chain is waiting on the Ftbs at the start to exchange!I
It was supposed to be last week but at first they dithered on agreeing a completion date then just disappeared along with contact from their solicitor, most stressful time. I was thinking they'd changed their minds but luckily we found out yesterday it was something to do with the mortgage and they can now compete monday.
I really hope they can!.....we'd be devastated if we lost our house, it's literally a one off and lucky find.
Keep everything crossed for us please!
p.s never moving again! Haha
