ccj and renting

hi need help i have rented for 6 years same place excellent references , but have 2 ccj i have good steady job but every time i apply get tod garantor or 6 mths upfront is this same everwhere

This is likely to be the same everywhere. There are companies that can act as a guarantor for you. Or they may overlook aCCJ depending on what it’s for, parking fine you never knew about; maybe. Council tax; definitely not

Is it the landlord asking for a guarantor, or are the referencing company?
If youre failing referencing due to CCJs, then theres not much you can do without a guarantor (as landlords insurances would be invalid).
However, if its the landlord declining you, then a more detailed explanation (upfront) of why youve got 2 ccjs may help. Including showing you are paying them back.
