Bathroom spotlights replacement

Hello, I was searching some hints how do I replace the following lights and came across this site. I have almost the same as these from the picture. Does anyone have the same who can advise how to take the metal cover out? I tried with a twisting movement but had no luck. I can see some king of a spring inside which probably holds the bulb. I am opened to suggestions as its getting annoying now.

Difficult without a photo but here goes, is there a glass cover over the bulb or can you touch it? If there’s glass the metal surround need to come off try unscrewing it wearing rubber gloves. If no glass can you see the edge of the bulb? If you can see the edge is the spring you mention around the outside of it? If so then it’s likely a circlip, if you can see the two ends of it squeeze them together and it should pop out releasing the bulb too. HTH
