Just wondering what other peoples recent experience is of Made.com?
I recently order 4 kitchen chairs and they duly arrived 5 days later - so far so good. However every single one of them is damaged. I rang made.com to notify them and they asked for photos of the damage which I sent them. They then said that replacements would be with me in 12-14 weeks time ie early 2019. I am tempted to reorder and see if they come any earlier however i don't want to pay postage again. I have tried contact Helen Addison-Turvey - the Head of Customer Services but keep getting through to an agent who seems unable to help. Anybody got any ideas or thoughts?
