Just wondering what other peoples recent experience is of Made.com?
I recently order 4 kitchen chairs and they duly arrived 5 days later - so far so good. However every single one of them is damaged. I rang made.com to notify them and they asked for photos of the damage which I sent them. They then said that replacements would be with me in 12-14 weeks time ie early 2019. I am tempted to reorder and see if they come any earlier however i don't want to pay postage again. I have tried contact Helen Addison-Turvey - the Head of Customer Services but keep getting through to an agent who seems unable to help. Anybody got any ideas or thoughts?

hi Chooper, just wondered if you managed to get anywhere with Made? Im having real problems with their customer services team who refuse to refund me for £700 of faulty goods I was sent!
and advice on getting in touch with Helen Addison- Turvey or anyone else who maybe able to help would be appreciated x
