How do you reprogram a thermostat

We had some building work done last year and the electrician replaced our Salus thermostat with a new Horstmann one.

Does anyone know whether this was necessary and if not, how to reprogram the old one? I never thought I'd have such strong feelings about a thermostat, but I miss my old one!

Have you looked online? Most instructions, it seems for virtually everything, are available there.

As above... type the name and model of said thermostat into Google... plus the word manual... hey Presto!

Thank you! Found the manual- sounds like a job for an electrician unfortunately as involves tinkering with the boiler as well.
