Cost to replace ensuite

I want to completely replace my ensuite, but have absolutely no idea how much it would cost.

I live in the East Midlands, it measures 2m x 1.7m.
I’d want to replace all tiles and tile floor and all walls to the ceiling. There’s currently a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. I wouldn’t want to move the layout at all, but replace all with new, including a new shower unit and cubicle.

I’d appreciate anyone with any experience giving me a ball park figure of an average price.

Labour cost is likely £4- £6k depending on if you move things around or need to repair damage. Then you have the cost of sanitaryware, furniture and tiles. This could take the total to £6-£12k depending on the quality of the finish.

Our quote for new ensuite as part of extension is on quote at £1200 (South Coast). New shower from scratch where there was no previous plumbing downstairs was £630 recently and moving sink and putting new one in was £180.

I’m east mids and have just had a full bathroom refit including moving pipework around

Plumbing work was £2.3k and we ordered the suite ourselves but could have ordered using plumbers account and discount if we wanted to

Plumber also did the tiling (he’s a gem) just waiting for that bill

Room is 2.3 x 2.8 and he fitted a separate shower cubicle, jacuzzi bath, toilet sink vanity
