Tradesmen in/near Buxton, Peak District

Hi,
I’ve recently bought a house in Buxton and will need to book a tradesman to fit a new kitchen, bathroom, possibly knock out part of chimney breast and do a bit of platering. Would be good to find someone who could do it all rather than individual tradesman. Would anyone be able to recommend anyone in/around the area.
Thank you!
Jo

I can recommend a tiler but not someone to do the lot.

You need a builder who either employs people with those skills or would subcontract the individual trades.

Can I ask what you mean by "part of a chimney breast"?

Because you could be getting into structural engineer territory.

The chimney breast in the kitchen looks like it is solid. I have only seen it once and am waiting for the sale to go through so I need to check if it has just been boarded up or if it is completely solid brick. Ideally it needs knocking out to make an alcove for a cooker.

Fair enough. Just that if there`s another chimney breast above it you could find it more difficult than it first appears.

Yes I fear it might be a big job! Thanks for the advice.🙂
