Anyone bought with Purple Bricks: completion day query?

I am due to complete tomorrow on own my house bought after my divorce - it is so so so exciting!!!!!!
Because the estate agent was purple bricks, there is no physical estate agent office to go to get the keys,so I am assuming the vendors and I will do handover between us? I have a good relationship with the vendor so this will be fine - but I just wondered if I was right or had the wrong end of the stick?

If anyone has any experience with this, I would welcome the advice!

Thanks.

That's the usual way with PB but double check with your solicitors as it'll have been discussed between them.

Thank you. All went well and it was an easy handover.

Hi OP,

I'm currently in the process of buying with Purple Bricks too, assumed the keys would go to the solictors! Did you end up meeting the seller to collect them?

Thanks

I had to meet one of the sellers slightly weird mates.
I found purple pricks a complete ordeal.

We have used an online agent previously but emoov not purple bricks. We spoke to our solicitor regarding keys and it was agreed keys would be handed to solicitor and they took responsibility of passing them over.

Sorry, just seen this.
Yes I went to the house to get the keys direct from the sellers.

However neither of us were using local solicitors so that might have skewed things 🤷🏻‍♀️
