Looking at a lovely property only problem is there is Damp from the WET ROOM onto the Kitchen wall, but is is fixable , question is do I take out the Wet Room and replace with Shower CUBICLE or have it fixed and leave the Wet Room as it is ? . I do like it but not sure in the long run what would be best thanks .
