How much for scaffolding?

I’m having the external paintwork re-done (windows, not brickwork).. The quote for scaffolding for just the front of the house (three floors) is £400 + VAT. Does that sound about right?

I was a block manager and that actually sounds on the low side to me.

It’s just one house so two bay windows plus a
Paintwork under the roof and a bit of masonry. Not sure how long that will take.

We had scaffolding on the gable wall (2 storey) recently for roofing works which was £350 (inc vat)
